Default Moultrie I40

I just bought the Moultrie I40 a few weeks ago and I have found that about 60% of the pictures are just pink and you can't see anything. Does anyone know why this is? It dosn't even matter what time of day it is?

There doesn't happen to be a protective cover over the lens, is there?

Ya, looks like there might be something over the lense.

no It is not anything over the lense because some of the pictures are clear. There seems to be another lense that comes down over the clear lense??? I don't know why and it seems very random. I have seen this lense move when taking some pictures???

I take its a 2008 model? I returned mine and am waiting till they improve the cam. They took a couple of steps back for 2008 with slower trigger times and more whiteouts

I read this on chasing game site a while ago, it tried to take a day pic but didn't move the internal lens filter out of the way. It has a problem.

That filter lens is for night time photos it is suppose to go up an down with the change of night an day. Seems like it maybe be hanging up. Probably needs to be looked at by Moultrie.
