Ease of Use......Advantage Moultrie
Long Battery Life.........Even
Theft Deterent.........Even (Both Suck)
Picture Quality........Advantage Cuddeback
Price (which you didn't list as an option).........Big Advantage Moultrie
Trigger Speed (didn't list as an option).........Big Advantage Cuddeback

I hope this clears it up for you.

I like the I40 but I give the edge to the Scout Guard SG550. There is a review on chasingame about the I40 having issues on the 2008 with slower trigger time. The SG550 has a 1.2 second trigger time 5MP nice compact size. Under 200.00 with free shipping. Shoots great video as well...............

I just picked up a 2008 I-40 to replace my older Cuddeback. After a two week trial, i'm returning it. Trigger speed is soooo slow. More than half of my pictures were blank because of this. I'm sure it would be fine if you had it on a mineral lick or baited site but it doesnt work well at all on trails.
