Default Success but confused..help?

THis is my first year ever trying out a trail camera, and today I got my first pics when I went to check it. My question is this: It said I had 176 pictures, but when I hooked it up to my computer to retrieve them, only 16 pictures showed up (all from the first day I had my camera out, none after the first day). My battery is still at 88%. My IR aim was not set up yet so.. is this why it is saying there are more pictures then can be viewed? Why are all the pictures from the first day and none after? My mineral site is torn up and all the corn is gone (25 lbs), so I know they've been hitting it more than that first day.. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

As soon as I figure out how to post pics, I'll get my first pics up here. (I think the dimensions are too big or something).
Thanks everyone...

I should probably add that I figure it all has to do with the IR Aim not set up yet and thats why its only daytime pictures.. But does anyone know why it would tell me 176 pics , but only really have 16? Also, if anyone has tips for posting pictures on here that would be great

Md Dave---- its internal memory, I dont have an SD Card yet so maybe thats it.. My camera is a moultrie 4.0 which I was told is a good, less expensivefirst camera. I just figured it would have held more than 16 pics.. Thanks though Im goona look in to that

Md dave----I see... Thank you very much for helping me figure out the problem.. I should have realized that, but I guess that just shows Im still new at the trail camera thing. Thanks again though, I'll be buying an sd card this week.
