nice pictures thanks for sharing. it looks like that one is getting his winter coat. would that mean hes an older deer cause it seems some of the smaller body bucks dont have a hint if it yet??

Actually they have just shed their winter coat inmid/late May.The one in the 4th pic appears to have some of the old coat left. I agree with the buck being a little older. He does not have the sleek doe like appearance of the yearlings in some of the other pics. The winter coats will get started about mid Sept here.
Awesome Pics, I am from Croswell, MI and graduated from CMU. There is some huge deer there. Hopefully you get to post some more later in the year.
