Default moultrie video problem

Got a Moultrie IR40 for Christmas from my wife. Took mostly 15 sec video clips. It helped me bag 2 gobblers this spring season in WV. Now for some reason the camera will not take video. WhenI check the sd card, it shows AVI files, all being 370kb in size, but there's no info. The corresponding still shots are there, but no video. Camera defaults have been reset, and the new batteries havebeen removed and reinserted. Any thought on what the problem could be....before I call Moultrie customer service?
