Default release

Got my new Hoyt Gamemaster the other day.I don't know much about the release tech. though.I guess what I'm talking about is ,split finger or three below. What is the difference? also glove or tab ,what is the difference between those two.Where geting ready to start are indoor league next week.I'm a compounder and thought that this would be interesting to try.About the fingers though and the tab ,what do you shoot and why??any info would be great.Thank you for your time.

I shoot split finger & use a tab w/recurve & glove w/longbow. I prefer having a "grip" on the arrow in hunting situations, hence the split finger release.

Same as arrowsmit. That's really the only thing that I have ever tried, but it seems to work for me.

I shoot split with a glove. Shot a compound with a tab, don't remember why I switched over, but a tab just feels foreign to me. I shoot split finger, honestly never gave 3-under a fair try. I didn't have anyone to guide me when I started, and never even considered shooting 3-under. By the time I found out some people shoot that way, I was too used to split. Just go with what works better for you.
