Stupid question . . . beaver fur silencers

This may sound like a really stupid question . . . . . but how do you attach beaver fur silencers???

I've always used whiskers and never tried fur, but really like the look.

Naww--no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people! lol

Anyhow, it's pretty simple. Separate your string--by bundles if it's flemish, or approx. in half if it's endless--at a small section where you want to place the silencer. Put the end of the hide through about 1/4" to 3/8" (give or take--just enough to hold it) and wrap the ramainder around the string. When you get all of it wrapped, push the bottom up tight against the top to make a ball, then insert the other end like the first. Nothing to it.

ya dont even have to seperate your string.

Make wrap one, go back over so the inbetween wrap one and two the tag end is sticking out....wrap like normal, then do the same to close it off. Its a little tougher on the other end but it works!
