Default another carbon question

I have a long bow that is 62" & 57 #'s with a 27" draw arrows cut at 28 to 29 inches, what would be the right spine carbon arrows? 45 to 60#'s sound right?

is that 57#@28" and you have a 27"draw? if so, yes the 45-60 CXL250 or Vapor 3000's would work.
