RE: Favorite Longbow?
My all-time favorite is my Chek-Mate Crusader, 66", 66@30.5, yew limbs and cocobolo riser. I've owned and shot this bow longer than any I've ever owned--going on 6 or 7 years now, I think. No idea how many longbows I owned before I got it, much less how many I shot. (had 30-something personal bows at one time)
Others I've shot and liked were Roy Hall's and Rick Anderson's. Several others that have gotten a lot of attention in the last few years that I want to try out if I can ever get a chance--don't have nearly as much time to play at shoots as I used to.
