Default Where to go hunting in February???????

As I was drinking my coffee and reading the paper this morning my wife asked me if I had anywhere I wanted to hunt this winter []. Right there I knew something wasn' t right She said isn' t there somewhere you' d like to go hunting in February. I checked her for a fever, none[] When I asked her what the catch was she said her mom wanted to take her and the kids on a vaction and she knew I didn' t want to go on another cruise. Been on 14 and I' m burned out on them

Sooooo the question is where should I take my trusty longbow too the second week of February?????????????

February? How about Mt Lion in the western states? Hog hunting in the southern states? I got it, Africa!!!!!!!! There' s tons of things to do, depends on how much $$$$$ you want to spend.

Gotta love a proposal like that from the wife.[8D]

Like Kip said, cats! A lot of people think there' s no " sport" involved in chasing dogs who are chasing cats but I can tell you it will test your metal if it' s a typical chase (unless you happen to be the very slim minority were the cat trees within sight of the road).

Plus they are just damn good eating!

I' m working on finding a place for hogs-gonna' have to be cheap, because I have an elk hunt planned for next year and the buffalo hunt as soon as I can scrape up the cash. Lots of hogs not too far from here, but the few people I know who own the land won' t let anyone hunt them (they hunt themselves). Our deer season closes Jan 31st . I plan on calling the local game warden and see if he knows of anyone that would like to get rid of some rooters.
