Default Wow 8 years go by fast! Hello from Afghanistan.

Man did I lose track of time! I was browsing some of my old haunts and stumbled on my old nickname here. Last time I was here LBR was the moderator (I see he is still here) and my hair wasn't grey. Anyway I am here in Afghanistan for a all expenses paid trip from Uncle Sam.............the view sucks, the air sucks, the food is good, and now with some help from friends in the Trad community the archery range is great. I hope all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to a new year. I have a few months left here but I should be home in time for some Michigan spring turkey hunting.

Quick update:

I'm still married, still live in Michigan, still have three great kids, my son now 14 filled his first archery whitetail tag this year (yes I was here, sucks but okay), I've been in country since July 2010, opened an archery range here in August, and I am shooting a 1970 Bear Grizzly.
