Default Glenn St. Charles Dead at 98

It appears a great founder of bowhunting in the US has died at 98.

I always admired his work.

Last of the bowhunting icons responsible for getting the sport established in the U.S. I never got to meet him--wish I had.

I had a chance to buy a real yew longbow made by him. Just couldn't pay the price. Wish I did. I suppose Jay will do just as good a job, just not the same.

I have one of his quivers. He didn't build it, but it is signed and numbered by him. Had two of them, gave the other to one of my best friends. Mine hangs in my shop over my desk.
