I and II are interesting, III has the instruction. You see a lot of
"celebrities" in I and II, and they give a little talk about how they shoot and why, but in III you get in-depth instructions from two world champion archers.

I have all three, and enjoy them, but for serious instruction Vol. III is the one to pay attention to.

The others before me are correct. I & II are informative/entertaining.

III is instructional, and phenomenal.

Rod Jenkins and Larry Yien (sp?) go VERY in-depth.

Good luck with your purchase.
