Default Jeffrey Archery

Hey everbody I think Im gonna be buying a trad bow within the next month. Just wanted to know if anybody knows anything about the Jeffrey Takedown bows? I was looking at them and I like the short handle(handle A - 16'')with the long limbs(#4 limbs) for a 62'' bow.

I shot a Jeffreys one piece and liked it. Owen has been a round for a long time and I'm sure he knows his stuff.

I have a take down PSE Heritage By Owen Jeffrey in black action wood.

It points and shoots well, and seems to throw a fairly quick arrow. It had quite a "twang" untill I put some wool on the loop servings and some spiderlegs, now it is nice and quiet.

I've had Royal Hunter takedown for about 20 years. It's a short handled 62" bow. For me, it points easily and hits where it points. It has been a good performer. Is fairly quick and is tougher than nails. I've dropped mine out of a tree several times with no apparent damage. I've been very happy with mine.
