props to you for this idea man. ive been thinking about getting into trad hunting. ill have to try it out a little bit this year and maybe get one from ya.

What ever happened with this? I'm getting back into the forums as season gets closer again. I've harvested deer with compounds and crossbows... next thing to try is traditional. Kanga, I noticed you were from Burleson, TX. My in-laws live down there.. Tarver Rd. outside of town. I'm from Ohio... small world, isn't it?! Take care, Jeff

been shootin the recurve well, by the time the bow gets here, i will at least bunny hunt with it!! Put me on the list if there is still room

The bow is going to be shipped to Finch tomorrow. tried to ship it today but the PO was closed because of the holiday!

.....on a side note, DOAH.... I all most did it again!

Put it this way Steve, I was standing in my driveway with the tailgate down loading my gear to go hunting. On the way to hunting I was stopping by the PO to drop a few things off...... something just clicked and I had to open the box back up and sign her.... I guess its BowHuntingFOOL for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tarver Rd. is behind me less than a 1/4 mile away. That's a nice quiet area there.

The pass around is back home with Kanga. I took him for breakfast Friday morning, he's still around, just having a few health issues.. ya'll keep Ole Russ in your prayers.
