Default Arrow help please

Cant figure this out for the life of me Martin X150 50 @28 drawing 27.5. FF string. Tried goldtip 35/55 @29in with 250 up front. They fly terrible. Also shot 28in 2117 with 250 up front they fly terrible. What would be a good arrow to go with to start out, arbon or aluminum. thanks alot

I wonder If that 250 up front Isn't what's screwing you up? Ever shot without the added weight up front?

I been shooting in my basement and I have been playing with the brace height and increased it to 8in. And the 2117's seem to be flying better at 8 yards. That was the arrow setup that was reccomended for my bow from a custom shop cut at around 28in. Hopefully by increasing the braceheight i can get this thing figured out. Does that arrow set up seem right 2117 28in. 250 grain tip?

Ishot GT 35/55 out of my Bob Lee 53 LB @ 28" 28"arrowwith only a 100 gr. tip. Shot perfect but to light 375 Gr. I just switched to 55/75 and tuned then and had to add 90 grains + 100 Grain point and they shoot great 28" 485 Gr.

Did your bow quite down some after lengthening the brace height? Are your arrows kicking side to side or up and down?

You may want to use the weight tubes. They can make an aweful lot of difference.
