How about it. You shot his spotted hog.
What a shot too, Rowel dropped this 175 pound baby on the run. Thepig ran ten yards, and gave up the ghost. The best shot I've ever seen in my life.
Thanks Kent for the week end, it was a blast, and I'm sure Rowel is happy with the short shooting lesson you gave him.
Thanks for bringing out the recurve out for us, I'm sorry I lost that buck I shot. I guess I should have given him a second one while he was standing there for twenty minutes before he we off in the CRP.

It was a great weekend and I am proof it's better to be lucky than good! I had multiple shots I could have taken, but it takes alot of arrows when you pin quail to the ground! It was fantastic nights with the moon light but not so great for the hunting. We will do it agin!Burnie just has to put up with the dysfunction of all of us together. We scared the folks in Dairy Queen in Spur.Burnie's new name is Lostandfound,we had so much junk in my truck we lost one of his toys...till that night.

Lol. Yea, that old man at D.Q. was 90 years old and probably will not see another day after talking to you two. And my recent senility must have something to do with hanging around old folks. I never forget anything before. Never, until you two came around. By the way, how wasMethuselah the last time you two saw him?

Thanks again for a wonderful week end.
Congrats Rowel, on heck of a shot buddy!!
No problem with the buck. God's other creatures have got to eat. I promise you, it did not go to waste.

After a certain person misplacing something in the pasture I was concerned about who had the keys to the truck! You ever wonder whats going through a persons mind when he can't keep up with nothing and you look up and see your truck driving through waist high CRP? One thing crosses my mind...BRUSH FIRE! As long as he kept out running the flames if they started. We would have never fit in the Explortrac,so Burnie got to drive a big boy truck all weekend.I got to got take hind quarters out and hang in beer box at dad's place this morning.

I was hopeing to get a grass fire going so I could smoke out some deer for yall. My senility is due to you two. I have never left anything in the field, utill you two came down. Besides, its been years since I lugged a gun around. When i had to head back to pick up the gun I left, it gave yall two some quality time together. I was wondering why you were in bed with the covers over your head, when I got back. And Bob kept saying something about the beautiful sunset or sunrise, something. I dont quite remember.
