I am shooting the GT5575 Trads cut 30" with a 100gr. brass insert and 125gr, braodhead/fieldtip. Using 5" feathers with white wraps. Total weight is 530 grs. and I am shooting them out of a ACS CX longbow which is 58#@28".
I use em. I have mixed results. Fortunately, I have a bunch of aluminums of various sizes. So when I get a new bow, I will play around with different aluminums, and different points from 125gr to 250gr. When I find one that flys good, I go back to the computer and use Ontarget to find out which length GT's and wieghts work. It usually works out well.
I've used the 5575 Nugent Style with a 67# Bob Lee and had very good results. I use weight tube that were 5 grains per inch, a 50 grain insert, and 200 grain heads. I had FOC around 26% I believe.
