Default Arrow weight

Hey im shooting a 45# @28" but im only drawing 27". so what would be the best weight arrow that you would suggest, a certain brand,and at what length should i have it cut at?

If its a decent performing recurve I would look into 1916's Alums, and cut to 30" to start. And then you cut down to tune to your draw and bow.

If its a average performing longbow R/D design, I would go with a 1816 Alums.

I think big is right on. As far as weight goes I'd keep it between 450 and 500 grains. Personally, I have found that I usually use a spine lower then what I think should work though. That doesn't work for everyone though.
