Default Meat in the freezer

After a very slow first few weeks, I got lucky this past thursday when this little doe stepped out at 15 yds and offered me a perfect shot. Now I'm ready to start hunting some bucks!

Good job DC. Glad to see a bunch of people scoring some meat this year. I am trying. I usually have 3 deer down by now. But this year, things are little dry.

Yeah, there was a little ground shrinkage involved. But hey, I was half a mile from the truck on public land, I'll take it! lol

Things are good, still chasing these critters with sticks and flinging arrows. I never really started back with the wheely bow. I got it, shot it ten times, boxed it up and sent it away. Just wasn't for me.

I may be going a little more "tech" though, I'll keep you posted.
