Default New Bow

She's finally here!!! I placed this order with LBR (Chad) in May 07. So Far I'm very impressed, and she was well worth the wait. These pics were right after I first put her all together. I wasted no time getting her all tuned to go to the range this morning, and then I woke up to 40mph winds[:@]. I shot a few rounds in the backyard yesterday after tuning. My first group of six arrows was racquetball sized at 20yards. Out of a half dozen six arrow groups I never had one arrow out of a pie plate, and with the exception of the one or two stray arrows my groups were all no larger than a softball. I have to agree with everything I have heard from other Hunter II owners. This is one smooth shooting, hard hitting bow. I can't wait to take her black bear/black tail hunting in Washington State.

I chose Cocobolo and Shedua for my riser woods, and ended up with Zebrawood limbs. The accent stripes are the standard Maple, and Purpleheart. Then she sports a textured matte finish in an attempt to reduce glare.

Thanks bigcountry,

This is my first new recurve. All though it was a long wait, I am glad I jumped in with both feet.
