My best guess would be 2016's.

I had a RedWing Hunter that I loved shooting - one of the old ones that Bob Lee made before he sold Wing to AMF. But my 32" draw length was too much for it and it delaminated.[X(] They're one of my all time favorite bows though. Enjoy it!

The closest bow that I shoot to yours would be my King's Pawn which shoots 54#'s at 29". It shoots 2016's perfectly. But like I said in other posts, my style seems to prefer an arrow with a little less deflection then most.

I have some 2317's sitting around. Are those way to much for my bow to handle?

My 2317's with a 100 gr. tip weight in at 571 grains.

2016's of the the same length (according to my calculations) would be ~435 grains.

Almost a 140 grain difference

2317's would be way too stiff for a 50 pounder. If you can grab a couple of 2016's to try out, I think you'll see a dramatic improvement. With a 125 gn point, 29" 2016's - I'm assuming you draw 28", of course - will weigh around 475 grains. That's according to the arrow weight calculator at Jackson's site.

If you haven't got Jackson's bookmarked, you're doing yourself a disservice. Lots of great tools and info there. http://www.bowjackson.com

edit:

Here's another site you might find handy for chasing down a good arrow spine. http://www.arrowsbykelly.com/Spine_Charts.html

I think the 2317's are going to be way overspined for that bow. I advise not to even try them.
