Default 66" longbow

I just got a 66" bamboo Widow LX. I was real worried because its 65# at my draw or more.

But I got it last night and it feels like my 60# zipper, or even lighter. I had to do a double take. I went and put both on a scale and sure enought, the BW is 65#. I guess the Bamboo limbs and core and the overall length makes it smooth enough not to notice. I shot it 30-40 shots in teh garage last night with no problems with a 600 gr arrow.

I love it so far. Its fast. Now I got to see if I can shoot it this weekend.

Whew, glad to hear that you didn't pop a blood vessel or worse.

I didn't realize it was 66"........That seems to be a good complimentary length for a guy your height. I know I won't even look at a longbow under 64" now after trying a bunch.
Me and 64" longbows seem to get along like peanut butter and jelly.

I saw that one on tradgang--very nice looking bow.I think it has the LAG grip.If it was 10lbs lighter,I probably would've jumped on that one

So? It don't matter how dark it was. Ever heard of light bulbs? And cameras got flash, ya know. [>:]
