Default Its about Time...

I went in my basement and shot my Recurves and Longbow for the 1st time since my Shoulder surgery in Oct...15 Arrows out of each one for a total of 45 arrows and didnt miss the bag once, granted it was only 13yrds but it felt SO GOOD...

Just thought I would share my Joy...

Shoulder is the best its been in years....Thanks

Iam going to shoot the same today,I put 50# limbs on the Kudu and Its much smoother now then it was with the 55# limbs,I have some xx75 2315's Iam going to try today I have 400 clasics that I bought last year for it but I think the 2315's will be better, might even cut a few 50/55 POC's and see how they shoot. My Martin Hunter sure likes the 50/55's and thats 50# draw then I wil tinker with the Longbow and see what I can come up with...

Great to hear it. I cut off some fingers a few years back. I had to lay off until they healed up. It sure was nice getting back to shooting.

Ranger,
Looks like you remembered your own advice.... "Be the arrow". How does it feel to be back off the bench? Feels awesome, don't it?

It sure does.....Drawing my trad bows is so much nicer now without the pain,I even call my buddy last night and told him I was takeing my recurve with alsoin Sept for the Muly hunt.......

I have this feeling that I will be spot and stalking with the recurve more then the compound on this hunt..
