I shoot a black hawk short hornet its 45#@28" i draw 30" use box lingth arrows do yall recommend carbon, aluminum, or wood arrows thanks

That decision is totally up to you, know one else can make that that for you.

Now what I use is carbon and wood

All personal preference, but carbons can be difficult to get the heavier weight arrow I require.
