Default Pedator 3-Piece Takedown

Do any of you own or have any experience with the Predator 3-piece Takedown Recurves made by Ron Pittsley?

They appear to be a pretty nice bow for the money, and I'd like to get some opinions before I start searching for one or two to shoot.

One word.... Excellent.

They aren't quite up to the same standard as they were originally, before Darton got involved in production (they were recently reaquired from Darton), but they're still excellent bows. The Pittsley Predator is one of my "I wish I had" bows.

they are very nice bows. Aguy i hunt with has one and it is a sweet shooter. I think i might buy one soon. I have it narrowed down to a predator or a rer.

Pretty good interview with Ron Pittsley in the current issue of 'Traditional Bowhunter Magazine.' In case you're interested.

I have one, it is the hunter, made by Ron, Darton has nothing to do with the predator, Ron worked for them a bit but then left and makes the predator, for the money they will shoot as well or out shoot a BW, I have both so I can say that, I have the plain jane hunter model and shot 7 does with it last year, it is 49#
I love it!!!!
