Default brace height ?

Does anyone know what the correct brace height for a Renegade TDR (it's the same bow as the ultimate predator by cascade archery/steve gorr)

dont know that bow, i did look at cascade's sight and it wasnt on there.

assuming that TDR stands for "take down recurve" id guess that bow is no different than any other recurve. anywhere between 7.5-8.5 inches would be safe....play around in that range and you should find where your bow is most comfortable.

I have an old Bear recurve, and I just used the old brace height measurement of the bottom of your palm to the tip of your thumb. That gets it close enough. I believe that measurement used to be called a fistule in old days. It's about 7".
