Default flipper rests: where can I find some?

I have been running into a stone wall when it comes to finding flipper rests, specifically the adhesive backed type. My current one is worn out and I really like using it. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
The type I have is a spring loaded wire that appears to hang vertically on the riser. I have seen types that run horizontally that work in a simular manner.

NAP Flipper Rest II. That's the kid brother of the one it sounds like you're describing. They quit making the vertical one some years back.

Try to get your local dealer to order a few for you or do a Google search for it. There are several on-line dealers that carry it.
