has anyone heard about wing archery recurves?

Yes I have two Red Wing Hunter recurves 45 and51 Lbs,Shoot very fast and no shock.

wat kind of sights,arrow rests,etc. do you use?

I don't use sights I shoot instinctively, and my rest I make from Deer foreheads right in front of the scalp area above the eyes is bushy and thick and makes a great rest, the back pad above the rest is usually buckskin.
