Default Tillering a bow

if your tillering a bow for a three under release, is one of the limbs tillered slightly more stiff than the other? if so which one or do you tiller it different some how? my next bow will be a r-d bamboo backed hickory if it makes a differance.

The tiller should measure about the same at both fadeouts for three under.
