Default oops,costly mistake .with pic

This afternoon i felt like taking out the recurve and taking some practice shots.Unfortunately i don't have any more arrows for this bow and decided to use a compound arrow and destroyed it.I am looking for new arrows for this recurve and need some input from you experts. The bow is a 45 lb.GameMaster and the old arrows that i was using were Beman 400 classics.I am not sure of my draw with this bow but,i shoot 30" with compound it that makes a difference. Is there a formula to translate Beman 400's to Aluminum?I think those beman's flew pretty well. Also I am looking for a heavy arrow. Thanks

Well i use beman 400 hunters. They work good for my compound and recurve. I dont know if it was the right thing to do,but i do anyway.

If you are drawing 30" on a compound, you are probably at 28 1/2 or 29 on a recurve. If so then 2016's at 30" will work great for you out of a 45# gamemaster.
