Default My latest yard sale finds ... pictures

My Dad hit a yard sale last week that had a gallon milk jug of old broadheads. He also bought me a feather burner and 100's of feathers . We went back to the sale yesterday and I bought an old quiver, a box of Fred Bear "Finest Arrow and Rod Cement" (has 7 never used bars) and a belt buckle that has a Fred Bear medallion on it. I think the whole total price was $59

Oh, and there were about 2 dozen old Bear Razorheads, 30 Pearson Deadheads (large) and 25 Deadheads (small). Most are great shape, some are rusty and a couple real rusty. Flitz does wonders on the painted areas but on the edge - how do I get that part looking new again ??

Heres pics of the "mystery" broadheads (got 7 of them) and the quiver (unknown to me what kind it is) Can anyone help identifying those or how to restore a broadhead ?

The old Deadhead was an excellent broadhead! I liked them better than the razorhead. Somebody on the LW or here is a broadhead collector(I can't rember who--senior moment) they could help you with the clean-up for sure.
Maybe search the archives?

Hey ! Just got some news on the quiver. Seems theres a good chance its a 1961 Bear "St Charles" elk hide quiver - first year I think Bear made them. The Ruger symbol has been added, but still a GREAT find for $ 4.00 ! I am going to start collecting ... now that I've sold the '66 Kodiak, the Bear aluminum quiver, all the old braodheads I've ran across in the past year or so ... guess better late then never !

Anyone know if its possible to remove that ink from the quiver without damage to the quiver ?
