thoughts on Stotler bows???

I just came across their website, and I liked the look of the takedown recurve model. Has anyone shot one, and what is your thoughts and opinion of them? Thanks again-

only thing I can add is an opinion, they sure are pretty. I have wanted one since I moved to Alaska, it just hasnt happened yet. Watch ebay and women-outdoors.com/traditional from time to time one pops up!

a stotler longbow just went today for 227.50 on ebay. If I had more money this month I would have tried for it. Supposed to be nice bows though.

I have an older Medalist 64"one-piece recurve,52#@27".It's osage with Bocote overlays. This is my favorite recurve of all the ones I have. It's quick, accurate, not shocky, smooth and real pretty.I had a Stotler Gamegetter longbow that I just recently got rid of(traded it on the Medalist). They're a little pricey and you don't see alot of people shooting them but the ones that do shoot them absolutely love them.If you get a chance to shoot one,I'm sure you'll be impressed with it.Real nice bows!
