caught someone spying on me while I was hunting

Went squirrel huntin yesterday, swear they get smaller every time I shoot at them. I caught someone spying on me while I was huntin. Hope you enjoy the picture.

He was about 20 yards out when I took the picture. You know if racoons sleep with their eyes open? He never did move the whole time I was there.

Well, I can't say for sure, but I've seen a lot of coons in trees during both daylight and night time hours and can't say that I've ever seen their eyes closed. But at night I usually see them in the spotlight, so i'm not sure indicative that is.
