Default shooting high

I'm shooting pretty good, when all of a sudden, all my groups go about 3 to 4 inches high.[>:] I think I might be jerking my bow arm, but I videotaped myself and couldn't find anything wrong. Anyone have any advice?

R U pinching the nock?

Or maybe plucking the string. If I pluck the sting, it usually goes high to the left though.

has your nock point moved from a change in brace height or string stretch?

I find when I'm not focusing on a spot on my intended target, I'll shoot high every time. Make sure you're picking and locking on a spot.
