Default bow stringing--please reply

how can Istring a recurve without a stringer and without twisting the limbs?

You can use the step-through or push-pull method without twisting a limb, but it must be done correctly. The only safe way, for you and your bow, is to use a bow stringer.

I couldn't get my recurve strung without a stringer.... I tried all the methods and apparately I'm not enough man to string 56@28 of very radical limb curl....

Chad hooked me up with a stinger and I had it done immediately...

What weight bow are you trying to brace?
