Default recurve strings

my ? is do you leave the string strung on the bow all the time?Or do you take it off?I was wondering what others do.

My bowyer said it would be ok to leave mine strung as long as I shoot it fairly regularly..... I think you stand a better chance of damaging the bow by stringing it daily.....

I'm talking about a glass bow.......
