Default Entering Another Tab Phase

After shooting with a glove for the past several years, it looks like I'm sacking them up and getting out the tabs again. I've been using my ol' red-n-black Black Widow tab - only one I could find after so long - for the past few days and it's working a lot better for me than the glove.

Nothing new, actually. As long as I can remember, I've switched back and forth every few years. I shoot great with one for awhile, then things go sour, I get frustrated and try the other. Then wind up shooting fine again.

I think maybe I quit concentrating on what I'm doing then pay more attention to my form when Imake the change. Sure feels wierd the first day or two after changing though.Good thing is, tabs are just like me.... Cheap.

It's funny how those phases come and go. I do the exact same thing. I was using a Black Widow Calf Hair tab all through the season, but recently went back to the superglove. Seems I'm shooting better with it. - For now......until I put the tab back on in a few months.

I was shooting tabs for a while because I lost my glove.

For me the bigest problem withtabs is the that I cant put a warm glove on that hand and by the end of the night my fingures are to cold to grip the string. The cold must not be much of a problem in TEXAS .

I never have shot with a tab. The glove just seams natural to me, But I did pluck the string on a big bull this year. I wonder if I had been shooting a tab if he would be in the freezer. Think that make you go, Hummmm

I prefer shooting tabs, but mostly use gloves these days because I prefer the arrow handling I get with them. I can slowly handle an arrow with great ease, but if I need to get rapid fire with a target, the tab is in the way.

I'm not sure what you meant, but Black Widow makes a tab for three under.
