Black Widow Strikes Again!

Arrowed this buck late Saturday evening w/my (52# @ 30") BW 'curve. Approx 20 yd sharp quartering away shot, Magnus 2 blade entered at last rib & ranged thru the chest, lodging in off-side shoulder. Buck kicked up his back legslike a rodeo bronc (love when they do that - dead deer!) then ran approx 75 yds & dropped. That's my grandson & future bowhunter, Jason Tyler w/me.

BTW, it's been way unseasonable warm (& windy) here. It sure felt weird hunting in NOVEMBER in a t-shirt!!!

Congrats!Can't wait to get a kill on my Widow(just bought an MA II last July).It's also been very warm here--temps in high 60's-low 70's.

That's awesome!!! Congrats....... Post like this make me feel bad for not getting out in this heat and hunting...... I've been moaping(sp) around the house feeling sorry for myself b/c "it's too hot to hunt"

Congrats Vic! Nice buck! Been way too hot here too--went to a friends house and shot bows today becauseof the heat. Btw, who's that escapee from ZZ Top?
