Default entry level bow

I was wondering if anyone has had any exp with a recurve made byAIM called the take down hunter. I can get one new at a very good price to get me started.

AIM/Internature/Samick all comes from the same factory in Korea. They make cheap but fairly decent bows all the way to world class target recurves used in the Olympics. The Korean gold medalist at the last Olympics was shooting a Samick.

The takedown Hunter is one of their mid-priced bows. I think the last one I handled was around $350 and, honestly, if I were going to spend that kind of cash, I'd much rather have a ChekMate Hunter II custom made for me.

this is the bow the AIM td hunter. I wish I could spend $350 on a bow but unfourtunetly I won't spend more than $200 at this time.

For that price, might as well go for it.

$160 canadian for a new one is a good deal IMO. I think it would be a great first bow.

Is this the same?

well with all that being said I just found a new Falcon through Check mate for only $210cdn or $190 for the all blackplus shipping and I think I will go with the check mate they seem to come a lot higher recommended.

Yes Bobco19-65 it is the same bow I like the look of the check mate but I like the price of the td hunter, also I like the idea of being able to take it apart.
