From all my reading, people that own this bow and any from Chek-Mate are very happy with the product

The ChekMate Falcon is prolly the best "bang for the buck" bow in 'traditional archery' today. IMO it's easily head & shoulders above the Viper longbow in all respects.

It took something like 3 months to get my Kings Pawn... But, naturally, I don't know how much backlog they've got now. Might have to wait longer or you might get it quicker. Only sure way to find out is to ask them. Go back to www.recurves.com and scroll down the left side to where it says "Contact Us." Chad can give you tell you about how long you can expect to wait.

I've been quite pleased with my ChekMate.

Chek-Mate is a really good bow. The Falcon can really get it done. I currently own a low poundage one "for the wife" But I have a buddy shooting a 54 pounder with aluminums and it just SMOKES em' in there.Amazing value for a really good performer under clear glass. Can you buy a prettier bow? Sure...I think so. Will it cost you a lot more ? Yes. Will it be 2-300 dollars faster ? No way.

That reason alone is why I just purchased my 4th CM (H2).....and I have a couple beautiful customs by other bowyers that weren't easy to purcha$e if you know what I mean. Chek-Mate is a "go-to" bow that really performs and looks much better than a Bear or Martin in my opinion. Your opinion might vary...who knows.

Good luck and have fun.
