Default Broadhead Problems

I started shooting my broadheads last night, not good. I am shooting the Wasp Jak-hammer 100gr. At 20 yards they hit about 1 inch right, no big deal. At 30 yards they are still 1 inch right but they are abut 6 inches low. I have not had a chnce to try 40 yet, but I will not shoot at anything that far.

The field tips and broadheads are within 1 grain of each other.

I thinking of moving the rest to the left a smidged. Should I move the rest up? Currently my arrow points a little low.

NEED HELP.

It sounds like you are have a tuning problem, or maybe just a bad arrow? are you only shooting one broadhead, or a group of 3 or more? What is your complete setup, arrows, draw weight, length, bow, etc? that information may help solve your problem.

eastons tuning guide says if broadheads hit low move nock point down or the rest up. when you do this you will find a point that the field tips and broadheads will match. they both might be high where the pin is set, but they will be together. Once they are toghter than just move the pin and you will be right on. down load eastons tuning guide and read all about it...

Thanks for the info all. I tried a couple of other arrows and seems to be fine. Just had one bad arrow I guess, not sure what is wrong eith the arrow as it is a carbon. I will just strip it down, spin it and rebuild it if it is okay.

Thank You

It's abso;ute;y possible to get a goofy arrow once in a while. I even have one ACC 3-28 that flies goofier than the dickens and flies to the right about 4" at 30 yards from the others. Absolutely have no idea why but that's what the trash can is for.
