The 2413 @ 29 inches weighs 305 gr. The 2315 @ 29 inches weighs 342 gr. So, it depends on what you are wanting. You will get more speed with the 2413, but, you may not get as much KE. I have no way of knowing without knowing the speed of both arrows. If it were me, I would shoot the 2413's. My bow will shoot those around 265, giving me 74 pounds of KE. The 2315's will go only around 245, and only 68 pounds. My choice would be simple. Might not be for you though. But that's my 2 cents worth, cash it if you want.

PS. The weights given were shaft weights without points or fletching.

I just switched over to 2413s from 2314s because I switched to a bow with a hard cam. The weight on these with 100gr points is 493 grains. I may switch to feathers to bring that down to 474. I guess anything over 420 grains will have the KE for a whitetail.

If you are shooting enough bow to justify either one of these shafts then KE is a moot subject, as it usually is anyway. Way overblown. If they are both within the specs you want to shoot then pick one.
