Default arrow hitting rest

i have a drop-away ultra rest and my arrow vane is hitting the rest.
any ideas?

Possibly the timing is off. Your rest should not pick and reach it's complete upright position until you have 1-2" of draw left. If it picks up the arrow too early then it also has to wait till the bow has reached that point during the shot to start dropping. Thus it may be too late getting down out of the way.

As Zak said, if the timing is good then you can rotate your nocks. Shoot cock vane up.

the rest drops when the arrow goes over it.
my arrows arnt grouping good at all.
