up(nock)
or

rest down

then move it 1 way left or right and if it gets worse move it the other way.

One adjustment at a time, the GENERAL rule is move the rest the opposite of the tear. Up for a nock low, and right for a left tear.
And I second ZAK, get a copy of the Easton guide, sometimes the situation doesn't follow the general rule.

Need more information. Could be your bow. Could be your arrow. How many distances are you shooting from and are the results all the same?
