Has anyone else tried to shoot a standard index finger release with their middle finger. I tried it today with my scott little goose, and it seemed like a very nice way to triger the relese. It allows you to get the trigger deeper into your finger. What I mean by this is that it allows you to have the trigger below your second knuckle, allowing for you to use more of your back muscles in the shot. The only downside I found was that I was shooting consistently left when shooting this way, I think this is because you have to have your index finger between your face and the release, so the release is a little farther from your face making the shot go a little left, but this all can be fixed by a simple adjustment of the sight. I got the idea from this afer reading Matt/PA's thread in the bowhunting forum about his new Copper John Eagle release. The eagle is triggered by using your middle finger, but you hold it like you would a thumb trigger release. Just thought i'd share this idea with everyone. Let me know what you all think about this.

Thats the way I shot mine. I would also have the trigger in the second bend of the finger. As for hitting to the left, I would put my index finger on the top of the release. It seemed more comfortable to me to have the finger there.
