Default How about this for sevice

as you saw in an answer to Wa Shooters post, I too have had some trouble with My Drop Zone rest so I Called TrophyRidge today and told them about the problem and how we modified the rest to fix it. Well they are sending me a brand new rest free of charge. Im sending the old rest back so they can see first hand what we did . GGBH

What problem did you have? They also machined a new bracket for mine and had it in the mail very quickly with no questions asked. Mine was not able to find true center shot so they machined the slot wider so the rest would be a bit more adjustable. Very good customer service, they get a thumbs up from me.

Rick, I had a broken spring and then the lift arm was hanging up. Page down to Wa Shooters post on spring noise for more info.
