Default You don't like your Slick Tricks??

After many hours of reading this forum, I am very close to purchasing some slick tricks. It seems like the more appropriate question is whether or not anyone has tried Slick Tricks and NOT liked them??

While you're at it, same question for Magnus Stinger 4 blades??

I have been thinking of trying the Slick Tricks as well as the Magnus Stingers. I just am not sure if the Stingers are harder to tune or not. I have been using Muzzy's for so long that I almost hate to take the plunge.

What? They fly just like they say, like darts. As long as your bow is properly tuned, you dont even have to adjust your sights. Atleast I didnt. I was very surprised by this. And the warranty they have is nothing short of amazing. If you mess up the broadhead in ANY way, just send it back, and you get a brand new one back, no matter what you did to the head. You could shoot it into a vault door, and send it back and tell them you shot it into a vault door, and they would give you a new one.

I have to admit that I was very impressed with the way the Stingers fly, and penetrate as well. Shot two deer last year, both complete passthrus that buried the shaft halfway in the ground.

I don't have any personal experience with the Slick Tricks, however I have yet to read anything negative about them. If you're looking for a smaller fixed blade head you might want to check out NAP's Nitron as well. I've also heard many good things about that head.

baker, yes, I have used both heads.

I use the slick trick 125's on my compound setup, although I have not touched the compound for a while. I did a bunch of shooting with them last year though and found them to be extremely accurate. The blades are very sharp out of the box, and the penetrated better then muzzy's in my target anyway. I have not used them on game yet though.

I have used the stingers with my longbow and although they are accurate, they were a bit noisy for my setup. Personally, I went to the Muzzy Phamtom's. You may want to take a look at them as well. I used both of them with bleeders.

I believe 5-shot did tests on all of them, so you may want to check his site out.

Well...since I can not even solicit neative feedback about the slick tricks, I guess I am sold on trying them. I will be putting in my order for 3 100 grain tips this week. Thanks for the info.
