Default PRONG TYPE ARROWRESTS

How much spring tension do you want on the prongs with this type of arrowrest? Thanks! Low-Shot

Default RE: PRONG TYPE ARROWRESTS

With the arrow nocked on the string and the arrow on the rest, push down on your prongs, let go and the arrow should come up slowly, with out bouncing on the prongs.
