I just installed a NAP 1000 rest can anyone tell me what kind of spacing or gap that is need between the prongs and also how do you determine how much tension on the launcher is needed??

Default RE: Gap between prongs

When I set up a prong rest I try to set the arrow on the rest so there is approximately 1/3 of the arrow over the gap. For tension I will set the arrow on the rest an gradually reduce the pressure until the rest starts to drop. I will then apply about 1/8 to 1/4 turn on the tension and tighten down the screw.
